South Dakota Drag Racing State Championships with Coca Cola
Points Race #2
The second Coca Cola Points race of the season will be
contested on Monday. All Speedway classes will be run.
The winners in Super Pro, Pro, Bike, Sportsman, Street
Trophy, and High School classes, will be awarded 2012 South
Dakota Drag Racing State Championships special "Wally"
trophies. The Junior Dragster classes, Major and Minor, will
run in their respective classes, with a winner determined ,
in both classes. The two class winners will be run
off to determine the 2012 South Dakota Drag Racing Junior
Dragster Champion.
The State Championships, in the third year of
competition, rotates between Sturgis Dragway and Oahe
Speedway. The first championship was held at Oahe, in
2010.
