NHRA License and Competition Number Application Form

All drivers competing in NHRA Professional categories, Top Alcohol categories, Comp, Advanced E.T., Super Comp, Super Gas, certain Super Stock classes as defined by current NHRA rules, Super Street, Top Comp, Top Sportsman, Top Dragster, Super Eliminator, Snowmobile, ATV, certain Nostalgia TF, Special Fuel, and E.T. cars or motorcycles with a dial-in of 9.99 or quicker (4.50 to 6.39 for eighth-mile) or 135 mph or faster (excludes motorcycles) are required to have a valid NHRA competition license and NHRA membership. NHRA Medical Certificate Form

NHRA Competition Number and Membership Application Form

This form is for drivers of nonlicensed Super Stock, Super Street, Stock, E.T Bike, E.T., Snowmobile, and ATV classes only.  Intended for vehicles 9.99 and slower.  An NHRA competition number and NHRA competition number are required for participation in any divisional or national NHRA-sanctioned event. Crossover Application for NHRA License and Competition Number Registration

This form allows crossover licensing  from a current AHDRA, AMA ProStar, IHRA, or VRA/Goodguys license.  Click here to download the form. 

Junior Drag Racing League Membership Application

This form is for all Junior Drag Racing League competitors.  All participants must be a registered member in order to compete in any NHRA -sanctioned event.  All required forms and waivers will be provided by NHRA following submission of the application.  Click here  to download the form.
