Supreme Court Announces Favorable Decision

A favorable decision was announced by the South Dakota State Supreme Court today.  The Supreme Court upheld the Circuit Court's prior decision with a vote of 5-0, thus upholding the Sully County's Board of Adjustment's decision to issue a special use permit.  Oahe Speedway will now officially be opening for the 2005 racing season!
