Tickets

The ticket that you receive after RSVP'ing is required for entrance into the banquet and will be used for the prize drawings.

Lodging

The Ramkota Hotel is offering hotel rooms at a discounted rate.  When making reservations, mention your stay is for the Oahe Speedway Awards Ceremony and Volunteer Appreciation Banquet.  A limited number of rooms are available at the discounted rate.  For room reservations, call the Ramkota Hotel at 605-224-6877.

Menu and Cost Details

The menu for the evening will be a two entree buffet style meal featuring: Roast Sirloin of Beef and Pork Loin in Apple Brandy Cream Sauce.  Served with Chef's choice of Potato and Vegetable, Tossed Salad and Dressings, 4 Prepared Salads, Dinner Rolls Butter, Chef's Dessert Table, Coffee, Tea and Milk. 

Cost of the buffet style meal will be $25.00 per person and $10.00 for children under 12 years of age.
