Oahe Speedway will host its final
Shootout races of the
2010 season at Oahe Speedway . The weekend will be
dedicated to the memory of Becky Hopf, of Madison, who lost
her life in an auto accident in July.
Becky Hopf Memorial Shootout Races
Box Shootout Race
Win a minimum of $700 in the Box / Electronics Shootout on Saturday.
The Box Shootout race is open to any vehicle. All vehicles will
run together
in a laddered field based on reaction times. There
will be added money
for this race.
No Box Shootout Race
Win a minimum of $700 in the No Box / Non-Electronics Shootout
on
Saturday. The No Box Shootout race is open to any vehicle
without
electronics. All vehicles will run together in a laddered field
based
on reaction times.
There will be added money for this race.
Becky Hopf Memorial Box/No Box
Challenge
The
winner of the Box and No Box Shootouts will run off for the
Becky Hopf Memorial Challenge race. The winner will
receive an additional $400.
Trophy Shootout Race
A Trophy Shootout will be run on Saturday. The Trophy Shootout is open
to any car or bike. The field will be laddered based on reaction
times.
Added gift certificate for this race.
Box or No Box Half Track
Attack (1/8th Mile)
1/8th mile racing will feature 2 classes, Box and No Box.
The fields will be laddered based on qualifying times.
Payouts for these classes will be based on entry fees and
will be paid out
according to the details below.
Junior Dragster
Shootout Race
Trophies will be awarded to the winner and runner-up of
the Junior Dragster Shootout on Saturday. The field will be laddered
based on reaction times. There will be added money for this race.
Gamblers Race
A Gamblers Race will be held after two rounds of the
shootout races are completed. The Gamblers Race is open to first or
second round non-winners of both the Shootout Races or
a participant not competing in the Shootout Races, yet one who has entered
Test and Tune. The field is not laddered.
Test & Tune
Make an unlimited number of passes on any race day for
$30.

Fall Finale
w/ Oahe
Speedway Half Track Attack
Sunday, October 10, 2010
The final races of
the 2010 season, at Oahe Speedway, will take place on
Sunday, October 10. The 100 MPH Club
Member's Challenge has 72 eligible racers from the Sportsman,
Street Trophy, Motorcycle/Snowmobile, and High School ranks.
The competitors qualified for the finals by running at least
100 MPH in qualifying during six selected weekends in the
2010 season. The entry fee for the runoff will
be $20.00 and will pay $400 to win, $250 to the runner
up and $75.00 to the semifinal non winners.
In addition, all
the regular speedway classes will be contested, including
Super Pro, Pro, Motorcycle/Snowmobile, Sportsman, Street
Trophy, High School, and Junior Dragster.
We will
also offer out last Half Track Attack of the season.
1/8th mile racing will feature 2 classes, Box and No Box.
The fields will be laddered based on qualifying times.
Payouts for these classes will be based on entry fees and
will be paid out
according to the details below.
