Kroeplin Ag Box / Electronics Shootout Race

Win $700 in the Box / Electronics Shootout on Saturday. The $700 Box Shootout race is open to any vehicle. All vehicles will run together in a laddered field based on reaction times. Details of the payout schedule are listed below.

Kroeplin Ag No Box / Non-Electronics Shootout

Win a guaranteed $700 in the No Box / Non-Electronics Shootout on Saturday. The Shootout Race is open to any vehicle without electronics. All vehicles will run together in a laddered field based on reaction times.

Kroeplin Ag Trophy Shootout Race

A Trophy Shootout will be run on Saturday. The Trophy Shootout is open to any car or bike. The field will be laddered based on reaction times. Both the winner and runner-up will receive a trophy.

NHRA Junior Drag Racing League Challenge presented by Proseal Inc., of Mitchell

The NHRA Jr. Drag Racing League Challenge presented by Proseal Inc., of Mitchell, is a special race exclusively for junior dragsters. Contestants will be divided into two classes: Minor Class (8-12 years of age) and Major Class (13-17 years of age). Winners of both classes receive a specially designed NHRA Jr. Drag Racing League Challenge Trophy, plus a $100.00 US Savings Bond, courtesy of ProSeal Inc., of Mitchell. Runner's up in both classes will receive a $50.00 US savings bond, courtesy of ProSeal Inc., of Mitchell. The fields of both classes will be laddered based on reaction times.

South Dakota Drag Racing State High School Championship Championship

The first annual NHRA South Dakota Drag Racing State High School Championship will be contested at Oahe Speedway, on September 4, 2010. NHRA has created this special competition, open to any high school students.

Box or No Box Half Track Attack (1/8th Mile)

1/8th mile racing will feature 2 classes, Box and No Box. The fields will be laddered based on qualifying times. Payouts for these classes will be based on entry fees and will be paid out according to the details below.

Gamblers Race

A Gamblers Race may be held after two rounds of the shootout races are completed. The Gamblers Race is open to first or second round non-winners of both the Shootout Races or a participant not competing in the Shootout Races, yet one who has entered Test and Tune. The field is not laddered. Payout details of the Gamblers Race are listed below.
