So, let us introduce to you,
The one, the only,
Dam Fast Track,
Oahe Speedway!”

Oahe Speedway opened on July 3, 2005 as South Dakota’s newest NHRA sanctioned
quarter mile drag strip. Located 14 miles north of Pierre, SD, the track became
a destination track for drag racers and fans from throughout the upper Midwest.
The track would operate continuously through Labor Day weekend 2020.
The track was closed permanently in early 2021.
